At High Performance Pipelines, we provide professional hydro jetting and CCTV pipeline inspection services designed to keep underground sewer systems and pipelines operating efficiently and safely. Mud Dog 1200 Vacuum Excavator

The Mud Dog 1200 Vacuum Excavator offers consistent performance and precision for safe excavation during mid to large-scale projects. The 1200 comes standard with eject unloading, the industry’s safest and most efficient dumping solution. As the body raises, the ejector plate quickly pushes out the debris. Units are also equipped with a rear-mounted, telescoping boom that reaches 27 feet, has 335° rotation and moves in a 45° upward and 22° downward pivot. This allows for versatility within dig areas, minimizes jobsite restoration and eliminates traffic congestion near roads.

The Rival T10 Hydrovac is a robust and efficient vacuum excavation truck designed for demanding applications. It features a 10-cubic-yard debris tank and a 1,200-gallon freshwater capacity, allowing for extended operation without frequent disposal or refilling. Equipped with a Robuschi 125 blower, it delivers 3,850 CFM at full vacuum, ensuring powerful suction capabilities. The Pratissoli water pump operates at 10 GPM and 3,000 PSI, providing effective soil agitation during excavation. An 8-inch boom with 340-degree rotation extends up to 25 feet, offering flexibility and precision in hard-to-reach areas. The T10 is mounted on a Western Star 4700SA chassis, powered by a Detroit Diesel DD13 engine, and utilizes an Allison 4500 Series automatic transmission. With dimensions of 11 feet 11 inches in height, 8 feet 6 inches in width, and 36 feet 10 inches in length, the Rival T10 combines substantial capacity with maneuverability, making it suitable for a variety of hydro-excavation tasks.

Rival T7 Vacuum Excavator

Vactor 2100i Combination Sewer Cleaner

The Vactor 2100i is a high-performance combination sewer cleaner featuring a single-engine (chassis-driven) design, IntuiTouch® control system, and Modul-Flex® design for optimal weight distribution and operational efficiency. It offers up to 15 cubic yards of debris capacity and approximately 1,500 gallons of water capacity, with high-strength aluminum tanks for durability and corrosion resistance. Designed for maximum performance, the Vactor 2100i delivers powerful hydro jetting and vacuum capabilities for efficient cleaning of sanitary and storm sewer systems while minimizing downtime and improving overall productivity.

The Rival T7 Hydrovac is a compact and efficient vacuum excavation truck, ideal for urban environments and projects requiring high maneuverability. It features a 7-cubic-yard debris tank and an 800-gallon freshwater capacity, enabling extended operation without frequent disposal or refilling. Equipped with a Robuschi Robox 105 blower, it delivers 2,650 CFM at full vacuum, ensuring robust suction capabilities. The Pratissoli water pump operates at 10 GPM and 3,000 PSI, providing effective soil agitation during excavation. An extendable 6-inch boom with 340-degree rotation reaches up to 20 feet, offering flexibility and precision in confined spaces. The T7 is mounted on a Western Star 4700SB chassis, powered by a Cummins ISL-9 engine, and utilizes an Allison 3000 Series automatic transmission. With dimensions of 11 feet 3 inches in height, 8 feet 6 inches in width, and 30 feet 11 inches in length, the Rival T7 combines substantial capacity with urban-friendly maneuverability, making it suitable for a variety of hydro-excavation tasks.
